At Laviore, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering every perfume. Since perfumes are personal-use products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product is missing from your order.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your Order ID.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- An unboxing video (mandatory for damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims).
Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The perfume has been opened or used.
- The original seal or packaging has been tampered with.
- The product is returned without its original packaging.
- The return request is made after the specified return period.
- The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer after the required account details are provided.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
Eligible damaged or incorrect products may be replaced with the same item, subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
